Your chance to support neurodivergent people in the National Diversity Awards
I've been nominated - and you can back others too!
I’ve been nominated for the National Diversity Awards 2025!
I’m honoured to have my work to support neurodivergent and otherwise disabled people recognised in the Positive Role Model Award for Disability category.
I left the NHS seven months ago so I could focus all my efforts on providing neuro-affirming support and information. It’s fantastic that others feel I’m making a difference, including through avenues like this Substack newsletter.
If you’d like to support me then you can vote here.
Please check your spam folder for a confirmation email as you’ll need to click the link for your vote to count.
One of the great things about these awards is that you’re free to nominate and vote for as many people as you’d like to.
If there’s someone you think should be recognised then the categories are outlined here and include:
Lifetime Achiever
Entrepreneur of Excellence
Diverse Company of the Year
Celebrity of the Year
Positive Role Model and Community Organisation Awards for Age; Disability; Gender; LGBT; Race/Religion/Faith; and an additional Multi Strand Award for Community Organisations
Several neurodivergent advocates have already been nominated, including those who have featured in my monthly Neurodiversity Newsletter such as Viv Dawes, Helen Edgar, David Gray-Hammond, Tanya Adkin, Chloe from Me Just Me, and Bex Milgate.
Who do you think should be celebrated?
