Tanya Valentin is a late-identified AuDHD woman, and mum to three late-diagnosed neurodivergent teens and young adults. She lives on a small lifestyle block in rural New Zealand.

As a family coach, she supports parents of neurodivergent children and teens to navigate their child’s burnout recovery in a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming way through coaching and her membership community.

As a registered teacher, Tanya’s background is in education, but her passion lies in empowering parents with the tools and support they need to create a more peaceful, connected family life.

Tanya turned two of her past hyperfixations into books, and hosts the podcast From Burnout to Balance, where she shares insights, stories, and strategies for parents on this journey.
