Known as ‘The Autistic Coach’, Mati Boulakia-Bortnick is an autistic, queer, and multi-disabled peer-support coach, educator, and community builder. He works directly with autistic adults—especially those who are late-identified, burnt out, chronically dysregulated, or navigating the contradictions of being disabled in a world that punishes difference.
Mati’s 1:1 coaching is collaborative, non-clinical, and rooted in mutuality. He supports clients in identifying their needs, interrupting cycles of shame, unmasking sustainably, setting boundaries that hold, and building lives that don’t require disappearing to survive.
