Marion McLaughlin is the Managing Director of Aurora Autistic Consulting. They have a varied career background including stable hand, road safety officer, primary school teacher, and Autistic led charity CEO.
As CEO it was Marion’s responsibility to hire and manage a staff team of Autistic people and ensure all were well supported. They founded Aurora Autistic Consulting to help all kinds of organisations, including schools, workplaces, NHS, and charities, to support Autistic people and their families in a neuroaffirming way.
They also run webinars open to all on a wide variety of topics, and are proud to host Autistic Pride Aberdeen.
